If you need a deep tissue massage to get out the kinks and the knots, Thomas is your guy! He's fantastic at relieving neck and shoulder tension from a pesky desk job. He also offers active isolated stretching sessions that have helped an issue I've had with my hip/glutes for years. Amazing experience. I got a massage from Jordyn who is currently a massage student but soon to finish up and will remain here. Highly suggest her, she knew exactly what I needed without much direction at all. Did a 90 minute fantastic massage. I work with dogs so I am constantly on my feet and very physical.
