During a massage with Ryan, I was on my stomach. He pressed so hard on my mid-back that my breasts were hurt, and it took days for the pain to go away. I reached out to Ryan by emailing him on May 5th and 11th and by leaving voicemails, asking him to simply purchase a breast cushion. There was no response. Not a reply to an email, text, or phone call. So I sent another email in writing asking him to cancel my membership. He still never responded. I’ve had A LOT of massages, suffer from chronic glute/hip pain and Ryan does an INCREDIBLE deep tissue massage. He listens to your body for what it needs and hits all the right spots. Definitely looking forward to a pain free week!
