I recently had a massage and facial with Ashley and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was relaxed throughout the whole treatment. Honestly love going to IDYLL Skin & Beauty for my laser treatments. They make you feel so comfortable from the second you walk in, and everyone there is just super friendly and easy to talk to. Jemma and Sam are both so lovely – they really take their time and make sure you’re all good the whole way through, which makes such a difference. It never feels awkward or rushed, and I always leave feeling so happy with the experience. Definitely my go-to, I’ll keep going back 😊

A lovely, relaxing experience. Ashley was very good - warm and friendly, I instantly felt at home in my pamper session with her. She facial and massage were wonderful and I really left like she knew what she was doing. Would definitely recommend this place if you're wanting some pampering!
