The massage itself was great but being asked by the receptionist, in a small waiting room with other people present, whether I want to leave a tip was off-putting enough that I won’t be returning. I’ve NEVER been asked to tip an RMT before in all my years of getting massages, but if you’re going to insist on asking at least do it via the payment machine so you’re not putting people on the spot.
Alyysa is an incredible girl, her vibe transmits peace, she is pleasant and although I have problems with my English she strives to understand me and that my visit to the place is incredible. 1000 stars to this place 🩷
I have been coming to this place for over a year and I just finished my first chiropractor visit on Monday after I injured my back. Brandon Davy is very thoughtful and professional. I felt a lot better after my first treatment. Highly recommended this place but not easy to book. So book in advance!
I’ve been seeing Alyssa at Massage Matters for Tuina and Cupping, and I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and she has done wonders for my shoulder. Alyssa takes the time to really understand what’s going on and tailors every session to what my body needs. I always leave feeling so much better. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly cares about your wellbeing and knows her craft, Alyssa is the one. So grateful to have found her!
