I would give this business zero stars if it would let me! One of my wife's friends had recommended a massage therapist who works here, so as a birthday gift to my wife I purchased her a gift certificate. She tried to schedule a massage with the recommended therapist for four months. The therapist was either out of the country, or a family member was ill, and finally she stopped returning my wife's calls.
