Just had the best hour long massage that felt like I was there for much longer which was great considering all the knots he had to kneed out! Feel a foot taller now and will now go more regularly. Also great getting a refund from BUPA

My experience was pretty poor from the outset though: I was directed to use public toilets, the cost was repeated to me 3 times and I was asked to pay in cash before the massage. I received a massage from someone who might’ve been new ([?] since she gave me the wrong paperwork at the beginning, so I had to fill something out twice). Kevin is amazing! I had the sorest back and shoulders, it was so painful I felt winded when I moved and he fixed it. The best massage I’ve ever had. Thank you
