Would highly recommend Jennifer if you experience back and/or neck pain. She always takes the time to understand what is going on with my aches and pains, and I always leave feeling refreshed and like I have a plan for managing my pain. Very well-priced and professional.

I’ve had 27 years of massages all over the world and Jennifer’s massages are highly skilled have brought me great relief of pain and tension. Her massages are as advertised, and you can tell she’s had a ?decade of experience under her belt. Almost a year ago, I was experiencing more muscle pain than usual and found Massage Ithaca online. Because managing my muscle pain is important to me, I consistently schedule twice a month with Jennifer and really appreciate her custom massages. Each time I come in, she asks me how my body feels and if there's a specific area that I'd like her to work on. Jennifer has a calming presence and is confident in her skill and knowledge. Her space on Danby Road is peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was recommended to me by a fellow runner whose judgement I really trust. She has helped me hugely with problems in my neck/shoulder and legs - she is incredibly experienced and 'reads' the body with great sensitivity. Her new set-up at the South Hill business park is lovely - very clean, quiet and peaceful, and very easy for parking etc. She is kind and highly professional, and I always feel in very safe (and powerful!) hands when I visit.
