Therapist Anna is very lazy. I asked for a body massage (means full body) and all she did was my shoulders. I had to constantly tell her to do something else. And then she finished my treatment five minutes early. Such bad service.
The lady was clearly very sick with a cold so she was coughing all over me while massaging me with 2 hands. Didn’t ask me any questions or give any instructions just put me in the room, massaged me over the towel and didn’t even cover majority areas.
Very bad receptionist
During my visit, I was met with behavior that was both rude and unprofessional from the receptionist. This experience was upsetting and did not reflect the standard of care and respect . I won't comeback again.
I went there for accupunture as they told me they do accupunture. I told them it was my first time. The person who was doing my accupunture was lady. She just my condition worse. Even though I told her it was hurting she didn’t care. It was every worse experience of my life. I am never going back there again.
