Been a member since 2016 and moved recently to the area and started going here. I’m in the process of canceling my membership but have to wait for a manager to call me tomorrow because regular employees can’t do this.. They are not transparent about many things, like how many credits you have, how sone services cost more than a credit, and the cancelation policy. Poor customer service at the front desk. Massage with Valarie was awful - very poor bedside manner, made me VERY uncomfortable. I called the store 4 times this week to discuss with a manager, and I am continually told, "A manager will reach out to you later today." When am I going to receive this call?
