I am so glad I found Massage in Session. You are definitely in good hands here. Shawn is a master of his craft and truly cares, very personable. I came to him for a trigger point spot in my back that I have been dealing with for years and not only was he able to work his magic on that, he relieved other trouble spots I didn't even realize I had. This review is LONG overdue. I came to Jacksonville to perform with the Symphony in December. Unfortunately I was suffering from a major headache that would not go away. Trying to sing with it was absolute torture. Thank goodness I found Shawn! He was able to identify where the tension was starting from, explained the mechanics behind his work, and even iced my neck and back afterwards. I was gifted a massage for my birthday. I haven't had one in years so with me starting over in my self care self love journey I told my darling BF that's all I wanted well and pumpkin spice cake but anyway Omg it was amazing. There were some areas that were tender but Shawn talked me through it with breathing techniques. I definitely will be back!
