One session with Katya resolved my issue, which is rare in my experience. Also, no one tried to pressure me into making multiple follow up appointments or setting up a maintenance plan or subscription. These folks are professionals who know what they're doing.
Massage hope is top notch for sports massage! I am a runner and weightlifter and they are my go-to for a much needed massage and stretch. Katya and Darnell are both fantastic!
Love the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Massage therapists are fantastic. Best place for a massage in the Ashburn \ Leesburg area. UPDATE from 8/2025: Katya was excellent, gave great feedback and instruction on areas where I needed to improve stretching, exercises, and to hydrate. Looking forward to scheduling again in September.
