Visited here after giving them another chance because I heard they were under new management. What a difference! Front desk staff was warm and inviting, very pleasing and accommodating, you can tell they understood the faults and are working hard to change. I highly recommend. Massage was great and I plan to book a couples massage for my husband and I for our anniversary. Check this place out!
Customer Service is something this company lacks. I had a good massage my first visit and signed up for membership. When I went in for the first massage, I was treated so horribly I cancelled my membership. I also spoke with a manager. Since then, I have been called repeatedly and they are claiming that not only did they never get my letter, but now I need to go in to cancel. They are still charging me. The ladies who I dealt with need some training in customer service. I came in for a 90 minute massage that was supposed to be accompanied by an elevation. The elevation never happened because apparently my massage therapist didn't bother to check the file begining. When I asked about the elevation she said I would need to come back another day and PAY for a whole different massage to get the elevation. I understand that mistakes happen but how a company handles their own mistakes is what defines them and I was completely baf... read more
