Earlier this year I purchase $150 in gift cards because they ran a promo for a free 60-min massage if you met the $150 threshold. The massages themselves are great, but every single time I leave, I get bombarded with offers for their annual plan. I understand it’s not the employees fault they’re just doing what they’re told but in this economy, signing up for something like that isn’t realistic for everyone. It would be nice if customers could decline once without feeling pressured over and over.

My therapist Julio is amazing. He always ask about problem areas and focus on them. Julio also makes recommendation for elevations. He is the best, I feel so much better after my massage. Thank you for your service.
