Massage and facial were a solid B, but the customer service was awful. I was 4 minutes late (never told to arrive early) and greeted with, “We’ll be taking this time off your service,” instead of a hello—right in front of the owner. No resolution from the manager. I’ll stick with Woodhouse, where I’m treated with respect. Not worth it.
The customer service was great as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the employees with a cup of water and a few questions. I felt very welcomed and will be returning

First time massage and the therapists were phenomenal. Got the couples massage and would absolutely come back again. Nothing but welcoming faces and once again the massages were more than relaxing. I highly recommend the hot stones and the foot scrub.
I give it 0 stars ryan the owner is very rude and very unprofessional im surprised people still come to this location, not to mention he fires his employees without a warning and over sales .. not fair at all! That a sue! Dont get a membership at all thats how they get you
