I received a text message today stating their landlord needs them to close immediately and they’ve cancelled my appointment but I can go to another location. Given that Massage Heights is EXTREMELY firm in their policy regarding cancellations of membership and appointments (you have to provide proof of moving if you want to cancel due to relocation) I was surprised and also disappointed to not receive any response to my request to refund my recent purchase for that upcoming visit. Just had a great experience at the westpark location. The front desk staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Lauren, my masseuse, was lovely, thorough, and totally in tune with where my body was really feeling tense and how to help. Will definitely recommend and come back.
