OK place, nothing special
I tried to reserve a massage for my wife and I and decided to cancel after my call with the receptionist. Not only did I have to give my personal information and my credit card information, this person demanded that I give them my wife's as well. This is beyond reasonable and very intrusive. Your organization can not guarantee that my data is safe from hackers, ever.
My first time coming to massage heights . I had a gift card so I decided to go and was charged introductory fee . First thing I walk in I was greeted and filled out a series of forms which I understand . My massage therapist I believe was Robert I think is the name . He was a nice dude a little young in my opinion to be a massage therapist . He was okay he was on a roll chair so every time he moved I heard the noise of the chair which is super annoying especially when you want peace and quiet . The music they have isn’t very... read more
I was contacted to book an appointment and they told me about the attendance and when they attended they said that there is no time for a massage and the same receptionist who spoke to her and traveled the whole distance and then she said I can't receive you, the treatment is very bad.☹️
