John at Massage Heights on Ingersoll is absolutely AMAZING! I am 36 weeks pregnant and he did such a good job on my prenatal massage. I truly don't think I've felt that relax and out of pain since I found out I was pregnant. Originally I booked a massage with a different therapist a few weeks ago - I guess he was newer, but he was late to our session and the massage really wasn't up to par. Horrible customer service. We booked a couples massage for Sunday 06/08/25 and yesterday 06/03/25 I get a call at 3pm stating the massage therapist is not available and instead of working us in for what we booked, they offered nothing and when we called today they were rude and dismissed us. This is a trip we are taking to Des Moines and we cannot just reschedule. I would NEVER USE this company after this experience. Beware.
