After having one good massage completed, trying to book another, they cancelled on me. Then, when asking for a massage therapist to work only on me medically diagnosed bad back, partly due to psoas muscle (back to buttocks - aka glutes), they proceeded to imply I wanted a "happy ending"? Is that a way to treat good customers? This place has a LOT to learn about customer service.

Purchased 3 one hour massages plus a $50 add-on for my wife this past Christmas. My wife tried to schedule her last massage, but they wanted to charge us an additional $179 for the hour massages.
