I had went to the Leawood location and was very unhappy with my massage and left a poor review on their site. The response was to get in touch with the Retreat Director to resolve issue. I did this and her response was for me to buy another massage she would give me a different massage therapist and an elevation. I’m sorry I already paid for one that I wasn’t happy with. Why would I want to pay for another one? A complete waste of time and money on my part
I want to start by saying my therapist is amazing, it's sad that after three almost four years I'll be canceling my membership because their front end staff can't get it together. They are never fully familiar with their specials, pricing, viewing memberships and member status, etc. After extending my membership I started the year over with enhancements. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE! Do not buy promotional package deals. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEM! Massage Heights as a company will take your money, promise one thing, then not honor it! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will never get back to you! I have left numerous voicemails and messages to corporate with no response! I would love to hear from someone! MAKE IT RIGHT PEOPLE!
DO NOT GO HERE! They will lie about pricing and then gaslight you. Absolutely terrible business.
People please read reviwes! If you see 1 star reviews it means something! Never ever buy service from them!!! The rudest people ever even in corporate offi e! All customers are right it is not possible to cancel membership with them for months!!!!! They definitely not want to help. The girl who answered the phone today in corporate office basically didn't help and hang up on me.
