I previously requested only female massage therapists due to personal discomfort. Despite this, I was recently booked with a male therapist without being notified in advance. While I was later told that no female therapists were available, I would have appreciated being contacted beforehand, as this situation caused me distress. I have enjoyed seeing Ronaldo for a couple years now, helping me with MVA and concussion issues. He really knows how to make your body feel better.

Clearer communication and respect for client preferences would go a long way!
