Extremely disappointed with my experience. She started late, finished early, and wasted valuable time by fooling around instead of providing the service I paid for. The specific areas I asked her to focus on were barely addressed, while less important areas got unnecessary attention. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, unsatisfied, and like my $204 was completely wasted. Definitely would not recommend.

I wasn’t thrilled. For the very expensive price of almost $160 for 90 minutes. I expect 90 minutes and it was almost 15 minutes short. When I asked the front desk she actually said they leave five minutes on either side so an hour massage is only 50 minutes, etc. I was disappointed in that. Then i should take my minutes divide by 160 and only pay 75 mins. That would seem fair no? I have had lots of massages never have i heard if this on purpose short change of time. I have been a long time client of Manage Heights and have had many therapists along the way but Rose is the absolute best! I followed her from the Brentwood location to Crowfoot and would follow her anywhere. She's super personable and always professional. Don't let her small frame fool you, she's strong and will work out all of your knots.
