The new owner is "OBLIVIOUS" to what is going on with her investments! The regional manager "CHAD" is a weiner of a regional manager, no balls at all!! and the manager(extremely inexperienced, immature,) CAMILLA!!! Oh goodness, what a joke!!!! Trust me, you are loosing business! everyone I sent to these locations are CANCELING!!!!

Easy to book appointments, they send several reminders, and I get relaxation, and Dorothy does an excellent job with my massage!

Worst massage experience of my life. I spoke with Rene on 12/10 to book a couples massage. I was very specific that I needed two strong therapists capable and willing to apply firm pressure. She said she had the two perfect folks (lie #1). She said we could get hot stones and foot scrubs included in our massages - same price but shorter massages. I clarified this with Rene.
