RecommendedVisited from Charlotte, NC and my best friend treated me to a birthday massage! This location was beautiful, clean and had a peaceful atmosphere. Extremely disappointed in customer service and their understanding of people needing to quarantine during COVID. I have a child and elderly mother and I’m unable to go out of the house in order to keep my family safe. They refused to refund me for the months I wasn’t able to come in. Extremely disappointed in customer service and lack of empathy.

I had such a great first time experience doing a facial with Courtney. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I ended up signing up for a membership and Desiree was such a great help and really explained it all to me very well. Can’t wait to go back next month!!
