This was my very , very first time getting a massage ever. Staff was over the top amazing . I was very hesitant- in so many ways- having people touch or near me especially for a massage and even though I expressed this to staff many times , everyone made me feel comfortable-especially management (Sean) after talking with him and taking his advice -my very first massage was amazing. Thank you Sean for everything. I would recommend Massage Heights in Cedar Park a million times over.
I’ve been going to Message Heights in Cedar Park and have had a wonderful experience every time. The rooms are always clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I went there for a 60-minute massage, but the service was very poor. The massage therapist was barely doing any actual massage and seemed like she was just wasting time during the session. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. Thank you.
I went to this location multiple times and have been impressed by the professionalism and care the staff has given to me and to other people i saw in this spa. I have wanted to sign up for a membership with them for a very long time but have not been in the best spot financially, that being said the second i am able ill be signing up. Quick shout out to George who was my massage therapist, that guy rocks! And to Sean the manager, he was very accommodating and professional! This place is awesome!
My girlfriend and I used a Groupon for discounted massages for our first visit to this location - the massage was great for both of us. After the massage, we wanted to tip our masseuses so we stopped at the front desk, where we met a man who was very pushy/adamant about having us sign up as members. We verbally declined multiple times. The whole while he was pressing us, my card was in his hand and it was taking an abnormal amount of time to enter my card info for our masseuses' tips.
