This was my first visit to a massage heights location. My boyfriend and I had received gift cards to this particular chain so we thought we would give it a try. We booked a 60 minute couples massage. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. You go through an entire intake process, not only upon booking the appointment but at arrival to the location.
