Lauren was awesome! The pressure she used was perfect for my tense back, will be back soon thank you!
They cancelled my appointment couple hours before stating that they were short staff. They offered an earlier time which didn't quite work for me. I had already cancel work and planned ahead for this date. The "manager" was so rude and had zero consideration towards me (the client). And to top it off she end up telling me my only option was to book another appointment for another day, as if I didn't knew that since the beggining.
My husband and I had a couples massage and I can't speak highly enough about our experience! The entire staff was friendly & professional and the place was very clean & inviting. My massage therapist was David and my husband had Christian, both of whom asked very detailed questions before our session ensuring to cater to our individual needs.
We had a couples massage and what my husband said when we were done I agree with totally " it was like a massage on speed!!" Not relaxing at all. The only positive was that their massage tables are very comfortable. My therapist was just going through the motions. It is the only time during a massage I was not relaxed and was looking forward to it ending. We will stick with our weekly massages elsewhere.
