I too, scheduled an appointment for the first week of June, arrived to the location and the doors where locked. I had accumulated monthly services that I was not able to use. I was able to contact my bank and dispute 3 of the charges for fees paid and no service given.
I have the same issues than many of the members. I think they will try to steal our monthly payments that we never used. They never notified or sent an email or contacted us to let us know about the closure. They have around 250 dollars worth of monthly fees that I never used as I was collecting to go for with my husband for a few treatments. They are permanently closed and the one in Pinecrest as well. They didn't give anyone notice and are still charging people money for their monthly subscription. The right thing to do is to notify everyone that your locations are closing. I found out that the two location were owned by the same person and they have a lot of legal actions going on. They set an appointment date for June 3rd. I have attempted to call and visit the store to reschedule because they emphasized their "no same day cancellation" policy. The location was closed for 5 straight days, including the day of the so called appointment. I received no notice. Not even an email indicating they would be close or that we should reschedule. Do not trust this location.
I recently went to Massage Green Spa of South Kendall for the first time. Making the same day appointment was very simple. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. The space inside is very welcoming and cozy. My masseuse was very professional, listened to my requests and gave me the exact massage I was desiring. The only negative observation is that they had luke warm water on the dispenser making it impossible to drink. It is very important to have good hydration right after a massage.
