I received a gift card from my husband for a massage. I scheduled a massage at the Lapeer location (almost 1.5 hours away) because it's the only location in Michigan now. When I arrived for my massage and attempted to use my gift card, I was told that I could not because it was purchased at another location. However, per the back of my gift card, "The Massage Green Spa gift card is redeemable at any Massage Green Spa location." MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! After canceling membership in 2022 they charge my credit card in June of 2024 & July 2024. Called them the woman I spoke with said it was frozen and I never canceled this is not true. She said she is the manager and I never signed canceling my membership. This is also not true. Said she would reverse charges. She also said I was not welcome to any of thier facilities.
