I always received a great massage at Massage Green in Brighton. Until today. I went in to relieve stress through massage and learned there was a 90 day expiration on the package of three massages and the $195 I paid for 3 massages had evaporated 4 days ago and was worth $0! I was never informed about any 90 day expiration. And further they threatened to charge me another $95 for cancelling less than 48 hrs ahead when I walked out. That’s $295 for one massage! Don't get a membership and pay with cash, you'll end up paying twice. Also only tip directly to your therapist since the front desk employees pocket the tips. I was ripped off for 9 hours of massages and who knows how much tip money was taken by manager/front desk from the therapists.
Don't charge more on an hour massage purchased, regardless of price...you buy an hour massage! I bought a coupon "deal"(gift cert.) to save maybe $20 on an hour massage and when your gift recipient goes to use it..they charge them the difference for a full price massage. Where is the deal? Scam! I bought an hour massage (regardless of price) you don't charge more to make up the difference. Makes the gift giver look like crap.
