In the past two months my appointments were cancelled five times (once at the Dearborn location and four times at the Allen Park location)! There are two massage therapists I prefer however I have to book them weeks in advance because they’re not available very often. The only way to get an appointment within a week or two is to “settle” for the “any female therapist” option... which means it’s anyone’s guess as to what type of massage you’ll get.
