Made 2 appointments for a Sunday at 1pm and 1:15pm. Saturday I get a call saying they bumped us up to 12:15 and 12:35. ok no problem. The morning of my husband gets a call asking if we can be there at 11:50 (it was 10:40). He says we can try but we live 40 minutes away and are not ready to leave yet but we can try. After many great massages, the ongoing unprofessional manner from Len at the counter has caused us to leave this establishment permanently. After a recent massage (our 3rd in a month - all were great) Len asked my wife as she was leaving why she gave an 8 of 10 on a prior massage. He then informed her that anything below a 9 gives him bad marks "from corporate" and that she can rate them a 10 today to "cancel it out". RecommendedI had pain and tightness in my IT band. I saw Devin and he was able to help break it up. He also taught be some stretches to do at home to help with the pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent therapist.
This location could use much improvement on customer service and operating in an upright fashion with their customers. I entered an agreement with them months ago and despite the manager being very unprofessional I continued my agreement with them at the insistence of another employee who attempted to right the wrong. If you are getting the deep tissue massage we highly recommend not using Omar, Tamara and Julia went in for a spring break treat and Tamara came out with one sore back. While she said firm, she did not mean an elbow hard over her spine and he did not ask once how the pressure was nor did he massage any extremities. Julia did have a great massage from a different masseuse.
Been coming here for a long time. Have a member ship, never had a problem till the last visit , not very happy with my last visit on April 15 2018 and I should have got up and left.
