They were closed for several months due to Covid19. Still charged my card. When I asked to cancel for a while so I could use up some of the credit on my account I was told I would lose all my money (over 300.00) The thing is, you have to cancel in person and that was not an option since they were closed for several months. I work 6 days a week and usually 11 hours a day. There was no way I would have the time to catch up on the massages and they will just keep drawing your money out. Totally done with this place!

I had a 9am appt and the therapist was late and they still cut me off exactly for my hour massage, that's not cool. it has happened at this location before I only go here In a last minute situation they dont seem to care.
I booked a massage a couple days in advance but got the flu the night before my scheduled appointment. I called at 6am, as soon as I possibly could, to cancel my 10AM appointment and left a message explaining. I was charged for the appointment anyway, and though I called several times to have the charge removed or at least placed as a credit, the owner/manager was never available and would never return the messages I left.
