I’ve had a-lot of massages in my day, i always ask for a deep tissue due to having very tough knots in my shoulders. So, I book a quick 30 minute deep tissue just for my shoulders, and before the massage, the massage therapist tells me about how she see electrical fields and such. Wendy Shen at Massage Forest provided the best deep tissue massage I've ever had to focus on those problem areas and she integrated stretch techniques. I highly recommend their services.

Paul at Massage Forest gave me the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. I’m recovering from a Skiing accident and a concussion, and he was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and careful throughout the session. He truly listened and tailored everything to what my body needed. I felt noticeable relief both physically and mentally afterward. Professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. I can’t recommend Paul enough and will definitely be back.
