I heard about this place on Saturday and was able to book online for Monday. The emails were really helpful and easy to use. Especially filling out the type of massage you want, music, if you want to talk etc. Also was nice to fill out the benefits form instead of having to do it there. The place was easy to find! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She was also very quick too! I had Nicole. She was super nice and really passionate about what she does. Quite soothing
Honestly I have gone here twice now in the last few weeks and both times have been extremely bad. I tried two different RMTs thinking maybe that was the problem but both were not good. The last one I saw was Heather and all she did for an entire hour was just glide her arm along my back on both side? Wth kinda massage is that?? I left in more pain than I came in with. Seriously think most of the staff there might need more experience and training.
