Had my second appointment here, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, they asked me to fill out the forms again because they couldn’t locate the information from my first visit. As a result, my appointment started 10 minutes late due to their mistake. A telephone number would be nice to have on your ride so people can call to make an appointment
I used to book appointments through their website and app, but now I’m unable to do so. The website and app no longer show the London location, and their phone number is also missing. I don’t know how to book an appointment with them other than going directly to their massage centre which many people doesn't have that much time.
