I’m really disappointed with the reliability here. Out of three appointments I booked, two were cancelled the morning of because staff said they were feeling unwell. While I understand that people get sick, the repeated last-minute cancellations have been very frustrating and inconvenient. It doesn’t feel professional, and it makes it hard to trust that my appointments will actually happen.
I saw Tanner today and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! 1 million gold stars for you Tanner! I apparently needed the massage. It felt amazing! Tanner is a great RMT! I’m definitely going back next month!
My massage was excellent, I was able to yell my person what I was looking for and they were totally prepared. Great massage and booking my next appointment
Joanne is exceptional! Her deep tissue massage skill is exactly as described - truly healing with benefits that continued for days.
