Highly disappointing. Had a gift certificate my daughter bought for us for Mother’s Day to have dual massages and facials. She purchased the card for enough to cover everything with the card even saying “duel massages and facials”. Got our services done and went to use the card and was charged $90 more! Have tried to contact a manager the same day (Saturday)and was told she’d be in on Monday and would call me. First massage ever. Everything was great. I will be back! I was able to make an appointment on Friday for a couples massage on Sunday after christina & company cancelled on me!!

Booked a massage on a gift certificate that was given to me. They needed my credit card number when I booked... in case I cancelled or no showed. I told them I had a gift certificate but they still wanted my CC. Got there. Nice atmosphere, front desk staff was warm and inviting explained everything. That was nice. My wife was getting the subscription service. I believe the massages were fine. When it came to canceling it because we were moving away they kept saying they would send an email to confirm the cancelation. Its been several months now, and they keep billing us. This is absolutely absurd. I am not the type to leave negative reviews, but this case has pushed me to this point. Im not sure what else to do. If you are thinking of doing business with them, dont give them your credit card number. They will abuse it.
Brad did my hour full body massage. It was amazing. One of the best I have ever had. The staff were kind and informative on other services. I have also had a facial in the past and also had a excellent experience. Highly recommended.
Massage was good, but the pushy sales pitch at the end completely ruined it. If someone doesn't want a membership, listen to them the first time they say no. You come to a massage spa to destress, not become more stressed with a 20 minute sales pitch while you're being held hostage and can't leave because the cashier won't just check you out.
