I had a massage with Candace and I am incredibly disappointed. I only get massages when I'm in pain and can't work the tension out myself. Candace explained to me that she had a medium to form pressure which I was good with. The massage was extremely light even when I said she could add more pressure. Please be careful before booking online to this location. The manager Miranda clearly does not appreciate good customer service. She is more worried about taking my money for an honest mistake of me not showing up for appointment, when I honestly thought the appointment did not go through online. I was told by her that I could not cancel the appointment online so, rather than allowing me to reschedule at another date, she stated the mistake was not on them, but me. Had an amazing massage with Yi! She used the perfect amount of pressure and really worked out all the tension. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I’ll for sure be back!
The massage therapist Yi was AMAZING. Without asking she did a combination of massaging and stretching all in one and I feel great!
