When I first called on the phone. They seemed nice. The second time was a dude that answered. Not thanx. I went to the place. The cute chubby lady up front was awesome. However. The lady giving the massage was a different story. She completely ignored special instructions like: not touch feet or area around ears. Also NO oil. I have a sense of smell like a blood hound. They lie and don't pay attention. I told them and did their computer thing certain instructions. Like not touching feet or around ears. Not using oil. The lady ignored it. She had a "I don't want to deal with you" attitude to start with. She covered me in oil and did not bother wiping it off (unlike the place I just came from in Temple, who did). The lady up front was nice, and not bad looking either.
Been here twice for facials & 1 massage. Great treatments, but something in the massage lotion they use for arm massage during facial is breaking me out in an allergic reaction. Confirmed after second facial here yesterday. Having to take RX meds for allergic reaction. I did let them know initially that I suffer with sensitive skin. Be careful here if you have sensitive skin.

Update: The general manager of this store reached out to me the next day and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.Absolutely awful service! I was charged extra for a service I was not told would be extra, nor was it explained to me it would be extra. When the mix up happened at the front desk they called the manager. New General Manager, great staff, and Pete did an outstanding job with my massage! My back has always been hurting from my time in the Army, but the deep stretching and localized massage therapy is definitely helping. I highly recommend getting your massages here!
