This location uptown in New Orleans deserves 0 stars as far as management is concerned. Ashley who is the manager at this location cancelled my membership without notification which I have lost $1600.00 in services due to a disagreement. I asked to see their policy on an issue and she refused to show me. Ashley called me petty over the phone and asked where do I work. First I'd like to say the therapists are great. Management is the reason I'm giving 1 star. This is not my first time having crappy front desk service but, it is the time. I am canceling with this location. This last time, I had a 0900 stretch scheduled. I have a tight schedule in the mornings before work myself. I was there at 0850, 0855 they were still closed. 0908 still no one. I left and then called and told them what happened. A couple of years ago, this place got from bad to worse. There was a change in management or maybe a couple changes? So I stopped going, forgot to cancel my membership, and racked up a ton of credits. Fast forward and I started going again in the beginning of this year. A complete change! Yes they redid the waiting room and other areas, but the biggest change was the staff. So pleasant, so nice to work with, both front desk and massage therapists.

Today I was handled very poorly by one of you associates by the name of Ashely (property manager) Upon arrival, Ashely was sitting in the lobby area on her personal cell phone. She walked behind the counter and she watched me walk up to the door and she stood behind the counter for a few seconds before she open the door. When Ashley finally came to the door, she didn’t great me at all. Christina was amazing. She listened to my concerns and adjusted my massage accordingly. I arrived a bit early for my appointment so the front desk clerk asked if I wanted to relax in the massage chair while I waited. OMG, I loved it! I'll definitely go back again for the masseuse and the massage chair!
The assistant manager has a very nasty attitude,and she works at the front desk and I’m telling all my friends and family not to go to this location because she was very rude.
