If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is one of the worst massage places in Michigan (check all the other ratings if you don’t believe me). The therapists routinely short you on your time by showing up late and then ending the massage early. One time I was shorted 25 minutes on a 60 minute massage (15 minutes late start and ended 10 minutes early). Recommend! Have been a member for several years, but just recently able to return with new staff to the Troy location. Love the massages given by Stephanie, including a couples massage and one given to me after a car accident. She’s attentive and skilled. Love the facials by Kellie, she’s knowledgeable, professional and very kind. My skin is glowing after a set of 3 visits!
