The massage was okay, it was my first time getting one but I am disappointed that you pay for a 60 minute massage and barely get over half of that time. My appointment was at 1 and I got taken back at 1:08 then between the time the masseuse talked to me, I got changed and on the table, the massage happened, I changed back into my clothes, went to the restroom, and I was back in the lobby by 1:52. The manager at this location was very disrespectful. I think her name was Angela. She was very rude and seemed to not know what she was doing. Always had a face of confusion or RBF
The manager Angela is so rude. She changed the time of my facial last minute making me wait an hour to get a facial back to back with my sister versus at the same time like we planned in advance. This happened so the other esthetician could do a service on a family member, which is against massage envy policy.
