Absolutely BEST place for massages! The owner, Peggy, went out of her way to decorate their couple’s massage room for Valentine’s Day, and it was beautiful! Jolene and Sarah, our massage therapists, were so sweet, skilled, and attentive. The front desk even handed us some roses and chocolates after our couple’s massage!
I stopped by the massage envy on tiny town road yesterday on a whim to see what might be available for Valentines Day for my boyfriend and I. Unfortunately, they were booked up but the staff was so helpful and friendly, and we discussed what booking looks like for the near future. Update to my update: The “new” manager called me (cannot confirm if it’s the same person or not) but not to address the experience, no, to verbally berate me to remove my review. Which really solidifies the fact that they neither care for your experience or you, they only want your money. So do yourself a favor, find any other local masseuse and give them your business, maybe then you’ll actually have a good experience. The massage was okay, it was my first time getting one but I am disappointed that you pay for a 60 minute massage and barely get over half of that time. My appointment was at 1 and I got taken back at 1:08 then between the time the masseuse talked to me, I got changed and on the table, the massage happened, I changed back into my clothes, went to the restroom, and I was back in the lobby by 1:52.
