The owner is very rude.
The staff here are great but Peggy the owner is horrible. Don't waste your time
Booked an appointment for my husband online and then when he showed up told him no appointment was booked. I even received a confirmation email saying the service was booked. Very disappointed. The employees working the front desk looked unprofessional and weren’t willing to make things right. No customer should ever leave a business feeling less than due to the employees lack of competence. Even if the appointment wasn’t showing up on their system end, they should have offered to reschedule it for another time.
Had my first prenatal massage with Jolene and it was great. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, asked many questions about where my pain was, if the pressure good, ect. I'll definitely be back to see her.
This location has the WORST management I have EVER worked under. Absolutely do not recommend massage envy to anyone.
