If I could give yall 0 stars I would. I canceled my membership in June. They charged me July and August, said they would refund it- never did. Then September payment pulls leaving me with no money and I’m told a manger won’t be in until FRIDAY to refund me. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t ever get a membership with the SCAM company. Horrible management.
Lenie was excellent and a real professional. Addressed issues that are currently bothering me, made sure the pressure was correct and made great conversation. I'll come back because of her expertise.
