Today was my mother's birthday so we decided to do massages ... We had our massages done in the couples room together and it was amazing! From the moment you walk in to the the moment you leave you feel so relaxed and everyone is pleasant! I've gotten many massages before but Philip was by far the best! Not only did he get every knot out without hurting me, I felt like I could go to sleep right there on that table. My mother had Michael who was also fantastic! We will deff be coming back!

I book my appointments well in advance because if I wait until last minute I cannot get in. I've made six appointments in the past 5 months and three of my appointments have been canceled or moved by Massage Envy. Their location is convenient but actually having a service completed by them is practically impossible. I'll be looking for another business to give my money to.
I strong dislike the fact I signed up for a year service and everytime I tried to book an appointment they're all booked up and I'm unable to get the service needed when it is needed the most. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE CONTRACT SINCE IT IS A SCAM. One time services is highly recommended.
I'm still trying out the therapists that do deep tissue but so far Sarah is #1
Sondra is a wonderful therapist. I have had massages all over the place and this one is in my top 3. That said, the book keeping there is less than stellar. My husband and I both bought a years worth (club membership) of massages. Today I had my first one and when I checked out they told me that I didn’t have a membership but that my husband did. In the end they discovered that someone had created a second account but didn’t transfer my membership. Keep your receipts!
