A friend of mine who is a nurse came in there to get a massage but was denied service because she is a nurse. Then was Denied a refund and told they will keep it for a future appointment. In believable. Horrible place!!!! I will never go there.
If you are going to deny service to frontline health workers, at least give a refund! They are risking their lives for you and this is the thanks they get?!

So I don't normally post things like this, but I feel it necessary. Let me tell you how Massage Envy in Lady Lake treats their front line workers that take care of COVID patients. They don't!!!! I could have lied like i am sure others do but i was honest. I was refused service because I work in a hospital and take care of the sick. Then when I asked for a refund because they refused service I was told they could only put my account on hold till this is over. What????? I cannot support a business that selectively refuses clients based off of their profession then refused to refund for services they weren’t provided. This is unacceptable.

As a member over 4 years, I'm so angry that Massage Envy approved & "cleared" me as an ER nurse to have a massage today, took my money & then informed me that I was in contact with Covid people at my job & they have to freeze my membership!!!! Every person in the general public is potentially a carrier for the virus. My masseuse chatted about how she has had people lie on the clearance questionnaire to keep their appt!
