SO GLAD I SIGNED UP! sHE REALLY READ MY BODY. SHE HIT ALL THE AREAS THAT I HAD CONCERNS IN AS WELL AS AREAS THAT I HAD NO IDEA TIED INTO THE PAIN THAT I WAS FEELING.. I LOVED HOW SHE ASKED ME IF PRESSURE WAS OK. AT THE END OF MY SESSION SHE ADVISED THAT I COME BACK IN 2-3 WEEKS BECAUSE I STILL HAD ALOT OF TENSION IN MY SHOULDERS AND LOWER BACK. Really relaxing time My therapist used hot towels that really helped with my tension and helped me relax. Her technique was the best I've had and really helped release the tension in my neck and shoulders.
Did it right I did not mention troubled spots but she found them and worked on them. Amanda also gave me advice on how to work on relieving my tension .

Great Job! In order to continue working at a computer, I receive targeted upper body massages. I explained the area of pain and knots to Bonnie and she worked on those specific areas. She was so efficient that she worked on the problem areas and managed to focus on other areas too in one hour. The technique she used was very effective and I felt the results for days afterwards. She does a great job and I appreciate having somebody work on me that looks clean and professional like Bonnie.
