Masters of the hard sell... borders on a scam scam scamity scam. Kevin and Melissa are great! This review does not reflect their great work, we felt very relaxed afterwards. But then the hard sell started. We went to pay, and they suggested a monthly program. Sounds good, but they had ALREADY TAKEN OUR CARD INFORMATION when we were informed that there was no real easy way to cancel, and we would be committed for 12 months. Very sleazy. I am a massage junky. I get them frequently (at least monthly). I have seen multiple therapists in Stoneham (Melissa, Marvin) and the massages are terrific. The atmosphere is clean and professional. I will be back again.
