Beware of any deals. They will raise the price $45 more and then give an excuse of new management won't honor your deal. They talk about massages rolling over but it doesn't matter if you can't get an appointment. Then if you cancel all those massages you paid for are voided. Hopefully we hear back from corporate.

Hello Massage Envy, I am writing due to not being able to get a response from your location when I sent an email over a month ago on March 18, 2020. I requested membership cancelation due to moving out of the service area. This all occurred prior to Coronavirus issues and do not understand the 1 month plus delay in not responding. I've got 9 credits built up because they don't have reliable scheduling and personnel. Been disappointed with this location for a long time. I can never get a massage when its convenient for me. My last 2 appointments were canceled last minute with no real options for rescheduling. There's a reason I schedule appointments in advance, so why the hell are you offering services that don't fit my requirements! I'm still waiting to hear from the owner on how they plan to resolve my problem!
Had over 20 credits built up that were supposed to be transferred to another location. They never did it and then zeroed out my account and claim they have no record of it.
Went in for my birthday for the first time. Love the feel as you go in great waiting area. Had a massage and facial and they were both great! I’ve been to other locations but this one is much nicer, cleaner and great staff, will return!
