Massage Envy discriminates against health care professionals I was refused service because I am a health care professional and work (in full PPE) with covid-19 patients. Even though I cancelled my membership in the manner described in the membership contract they continued to charge my account. it wasn't until I had contacted the franchise owner that my letter was "found". Would not recommend spending money with a business with discriminatory policies and shady management practices.

I wanted to cancel my membership last year, but was told I would lose my credits. Fast forward to recently, have had a REALLY hard time getting appointments. Massage therapists booked out for a month+ for the times that are convenient for my schedule. Trying to schedule over the phone with the front desk staff is frustrating. Credits racking up, and now covid! they are closed AND STILL TAKING MONTHLY FEES! The massage therapist are nice & do a good job, but DO NOT signup for membership.
Blake was amazing. They are very knowledgeable and I was so relaxed during my consultation and my massage. I have many chronic illnesses and they were very informed on many ways to help make me more comfortable. I will absolutely be back. Thank you Blake.
I’ve been a member since July and have only had two massages. Massage Envy has canceled twice on me within less than five hours before my appointment. However, as a member, we are expected to cancel our appointments at least 24 hours prior to our schedule appointment. Adriana at the front desk mentioned that they are in dire need of massage therapist.
The massage therapists are amazing. The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly.

They are wonderful! Gosh the massage there are nice the membership deal prices are wonderful Staff is super friendly and it’s a mellow environment to be in!!! Never going to get rid of they guys!!!❤️ thank you!
