I had 2 gift certificates which included 2 free services. The 4 times I went, there was confusion, and were trying to charge me. Everytime. I enjoyed each service, but left stressed. It worked out, but so unnecessary when there should be no charge. I guess the promotion cards had a dollar amount on them.
Really impressive massage with Greg. He is a real master and professional. Liked how I was treated by staff. Felt truly privileged by my experience.
