I had 2 gift certificates which included 2 free services. The 4 times I went, there was confusion, and were trying to charge me. Everytime. I enjoyed each service, but left stressed. It worked out, but so unnecessary when there should be no charge. I guess the promotion cards had a dollar amount on them.
Recommendedamazing staff. this is the first place I got a massage ever. I was very impressed. I have now gotten facials as well. Lori is amazing.
