If I could rate a zero I would. I was a customer for over a year with massage envy. I used to see Ariel there who became the manager for this location. I had a 5 star review when she was there but she left this position recently, I imagine because of the way they handle things and treat people at this location. I woke up today to my bank account being almost 200 negative. I saw that massage therapy had charged my account 390 for their yearly membership fee.
