If I could rate a zero I would. I was a customer for over a year with massage envy. I used to see Ariel there who became the manager for this location. I had a 5 star review when she was there but she left this position recently, I imagine because of the way they handle things and treat people at this location. I woke up today to my bank account being almost 200 negative. I saw that massage therapy had charged my account 390 for their yearly membership fee. Wendy makes this place so special, she is what makes me keep coming back. She is so compassionate and caring. She is an amazing therapist and has such a beautiful soul. I have never felt like just a client to her, which makes the experience so much better. If you want someone who will provide and excellence massage and experience, I recommend booking with Wendy.

This location has very great service and provides an atmosphere that is easy to relax in. The staff is extremely accommodating and the massage therapists are very attentive and professional at every one of my appointments. Definitely an experience everyone should have at least once!
