I have been a member of Massage Envy for 1.5 years. For about 10 days I have been trying to book a facial or a dermaplane with Massage Envy in Bellevue on Hwy. 100. There are few if any appointments available. I even agree to go to the Belle Meade location but still cannot get an appointment.The excuse is there is training going on or so and so does not work then or is booked up. This is a luxury and should not be stressful. I am being charged every month on my credit card! I am unhappy about the whole thing.
Stay away from this place. If you want to be treated well DO NOT deal with the staff from this franchise location. There are several other locations where you can be better treated overall. Administration is the worst, I don't know what that manager is doing there, because she makes the lives of customers miserable.
Deserves "0". I had a really disappointing experience at Massage Envy West Boca (Palmetto). The therapists I worked with were good, but the front desk and management made the overall experience horrible. The administrative staff was disorganized and inconsistent, and I repeatedly got different answers to the same questions. I also felt I was treated with little respect when I tried to fix problems. I'm very thrilled to be at Genesis Gym getting massages every month. Same superb therapist every single month. No membership needed, no cancellations, no having to explain what I need, simple, professional, expert and oh so relaxing as it should be. I would give this Massage Envy zero stars if I could. My mother took me to purchase a massage for me as a gift in December 2024. In May 2025, she called me and realized they had been charging her card every single month for 17 months. No one called or emailed or anything about the fact that we had never once used the membership, and she did not remember signing up for the membership at all. Crooked operation, Stay away from them. You cancel the contract and send them all forms and they will still charge you over and over for months until you cancel the card and call them multiple times. The teenagers working the desk are instructed to dodge the calls and pretend they have no clue why "manager" did not cancel. I've seen Diana several times & she's great! Really knows her stuff. Finds my trouble spots easily & eases them! Kayla at the front desk is great, too! I've had numerous massage therapists over the years ... feel like I've found an excellent place!
