I've had a couple of negative experiences at this location. Massage Envy policies are shady, to say the least. I transfered some credits to my sister as a gift after her daughter had a brain injury in a motorcycle accident- thinking she could use a break from caring for ALL her and her children. She couldn't take time to get treatment. They will not allow me to transfer to another recipient- my husband- who was also a member. Or back to myself. My hard earned cash- GONE.
